Early Life
Sydney Talker despite being raised under watch of a single mother has been a huge source of joy to many Nigerians. Sydney revealed his source of inspiration for most of his video skits usually comes through things happening in his environs – majorly things everyone can relate with.
Career
Sydney Talker came into the limelight in 2016 when he released “The Poor Power Supply” comedy skit. His funny face earned him lots of recognition and many tagged him as ‘Mr. Bean of Nigeria’. He was sometime bashed for promoting ‘adult contents‘ in his comedy skits. He’s since then expanded his brand and produced numerous skits featuring Basket mouth, Craze clown(Ade and papa Ade), MC Lively, Bovi, Zfancy and many others.

Sydney Talker was a student of University of Benin[UNIBEN], where he studied computer science(CSc). According to Sydney, he said his choice for computer science was borne out of his desire to learn film making. “People used to talk about my facial expressions, but I never paid attention to it until last year when I met Toyin Abraham. She said my facial expressions were distinct, and she called me the Mr. Bean of Nigeria. Since then, I have focused more on my facial expressions. Initially, I thought of building my brand around my towel, but Toyin Abraham advised me to focus more on my facial expressions. Even when I dance, people still talk about my facial expressions”. Sydney said.

He[Sydney] however was given an opportunity to shook hands with him[Davido]. He got so excited and couldn’t believe himself meeting with Davido. He then however, later had his hand amputated and statue-ed it[his hand] on the wall of his room, as a remembrance of meeting with Davido.”
